White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge
This 5-minute white chocolate caramel pecan fudge recipe is a life-saver when you need something sweet, but don’t want to put in a lot of effort. It’s the perfect quick and easy dessert for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
1 C. Pecans chopped
1 Bag White chocolate chips
¾ C. Caramel sauce softened
4 Tbsp. Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Place the butter, chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla into a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.
Fold in the pecans.
Layer a baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the fudge mixture into an even layer in the dish.
Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the fudge, and use a knife or toothpick to swirl the sauce into the fudge.
Chill for several hours until the fudge has set. Slice and serve.
