Vegetable Beef Noodle Soup

INGREDIENTS:
15 oz Stewed tomatoes
1 lb Lean Ground beef
32 oz Beef broth
1 Onion , chopped
1 can Mixed vegetables
½ tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Parsley, Chopped
15 oz Diced tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ c Egg noodles, uncooked
DIRECTIONS:
Add the ground beef to a skillet with the onion, and saute until the meat is browned and onion has softened.
Drain the excess fat.
Mix in salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Stir in the mixed vegetables, parsley and basil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Pour in the egg noodles, and boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles have softened.
