TURKEY WINGS WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:

For the Turkey Wings:

4 turkey wings

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

For the Mushroom Gravy:

1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups chicken or turkey broth

1 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready when you finish preparing the turkey wings.

Prepare the Turkey Wings:

Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, and rosemary.

Rub the turkey wings with olive oil and generously season them with the spice mixture.

Roast the Turkey Wings:

Place the seasoned turkey wings in the preheated oven and roast for about 45-50 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
