Tator Tot Casserole

A casserole for any time of the day. Creamy ground beef and corn with crunchy tater tots on top that everyone in the family will love.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. Ground beef

1 Package taco seasoning

1 Can corn drained

1 Can nacho cheese soup

32 oz. Bag of frozen tater tots

1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

The oven should be preheated to 350°F.

Place the ground beef in an enormous skillet set over medium-high heat on your stove. Saute until the meat is thoroughly brown. Remove any fat that is not needed.

The heat is reduced to a simmer and mix into Taco seasoning. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Mix in the soup and corn to blend. Cook for another couple of minutes.

Place the meat mix in the center of the greased 9×13 baking dish.

Then, top the mix with Tater tots in an uniform layer.

Cook for about 45 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, then top with cheese shredded and bake for another 5 minutes up to the point that cheese is melt.

Serve and enjoy!
