Tater Tot Hotdish
There’s no dish more famously Minnesotan than tater tot hotdish. It’s warm, comforting, and filling – everything you need on a cold winter day. Plus, it’s easy to make and can feed a crowd. So if you’re looking for a hot dish recipe that will please everyone, tater tot hotdish is the way to go.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Ground beef
1 Onionchopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
15 oz Green beans drainedI used a can of 15 oz
1 bag Tater totsfrozen
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place the ground beef and onion into a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is browned and onions have softened. Drain the extra fat.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste into the meat mixture, and spread it into the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the soup over the meat, and sprinkle with the green beans.
Add the cheese in a layer, and then top with the tater tots.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
