Super Easy Peach Cobbler
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until the peaches are evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Stir in 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until well combined. Spoon the batter over the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbly.
Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
