Strawberry Angel Food Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 10 inches Angel Food Cake
2 80z packages of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup White Sugar
1 8oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
1 18oz jar strawberry glaze
DIRECTIONS:
In a 9×13 inch baking dish, add the cake and crumble it.
In a medium mixing bowl, add in your sugar and cream cheese. Beat together until well combined.
Now incorporate your whipped topping and beat until well blended
Add your cream cheese mixture into the crumbled cake and spread it in an even layer on top of the crumbled cake.
In a separate mixing bowl, add the glaze and strawberries. Toss together until strawberries are fully coated.
Spread the mixture on top of the cream cheese.
Place in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve chilled and ENJOY!
