Steak and Shrimp Fajita Tacos
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Steak
1 T Fajita Seasoning
½ T Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt
½ C Red Onion, chopped
½ C Green Onion
1 Whole Tomato, or use canned, chopped
½ C Cheese Sauce
6- 8 Warmed Tortilla Shells, large Substitute with Whole Wheat
Sour Cream, optional
Cilantro, optional
1 T Oil
Fajita Seasonings:
1 T Chili Powder
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt to taste
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a skillet add oil over Medium-High heat. Oil and season shrimp with a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Toss well.
Add 1 T oil to the pan and add shrimp, cook for 3-4 mins, tossing frequently till cooked through. Remove.
In the same pan add red and green onions. Cook for 1 minute just to saute. Add shrimp and steak back to the pan with fajita seasonings. Over low heat, cook for 1 additional minute …
