Tips

Reduce the calories by using turkey bacon and low-fat cream cheese. Fat-free cream cheese is not recommended. It just doesn’t blend in well with the soup.

If you don’t want to prepare this Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken Chili in the slow cooker, you can make it on the stove. Simply cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.

Instead of raw chicken breasts, use chopped rotisserie chicken to cut down on cooking time. If you’re using rotisserie chicken, combine all of the ingredients in a Dutch oven, bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
