Slow Cooked Shepherds Pie
INGREDIENTS:
750g minced beef
2 tea cups of frozen diced onions
400g button mushrooms (love mushrooms)
2 tea cups of frozen peas
Salt/pepper as required
DIRECTIONS:
Put all Ingredients on high adding 300 mls of water mixed with an oxo cube.
Leave it for 4 hours then add gravy granules to thicken.
I top this with both mash potato & swede/carrot mash to get those extra veggies …
