Seared Lobster Tail

INGREDIENTS:

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster tail shell.

Gently pry the shell open and loosen the meat, leaving it attached at the base.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Brush the butter mixture over the exposed meat of the lobster tails.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
