Sausage Scramble Breakfast Burritos Savory Beef Scramble Wrap
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
6 large eggs
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
6 large flour tortillas
Cooking spray or olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Prepare the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add diced bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Scramble the Eggs: Push the cooked vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs with a spatula until they are cooked through but still moist. Mix the scrambled eggs with the cooked vegetables and beef in the skillet.
