Sausage and Shrimp Kebabs
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Large shrimp cleaned and peeled but with tails on
1 Package smoked sausage cut into slices the same thickness as the shrimp
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. BBQ rub seasoning of choice
Wooden skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.
Mix together the shrimp and sausage in a bowl.
Pour the olive oil and seasoning over the meat and mix to combine well.
