Potato Dumplings
Potato dumplings are a classic and delicious side dish. They are made by mixing mashed potatoes with eggs, flour and spices, then shaping them into small balls and frying them until they are golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They can be served as a side dish for dinner or as a snack at any time of the day.
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium potatoes
1 onion
chives
parsley
pepper
salt
3 tablespoons of starch
mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Peel and cut the potatoes, boil and mash them.
Then add the chopped onion, chives, parsley, pepper and salt. Mix the starch in.
Grease your hands in oil and form balls. Fry them in the oil on all sides.
