Pineapple Juice Cake
Making cakes moist and delicious is not necessarily a difficult task. INGREDIENTS:
For the cake:
1 Box Yellow cake mix
¾ C. Oil
¾ C. Pineapple juice
4 Large eggs
For the glaze:
2 C. Powdered sugar
¾ C. Pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. Melted butter unsalted
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, oil, ¾ cup pineapple juice and 4 large eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into a well greased bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
Let cook for a few minutes, and use the end of a butter knife to poke holes in the cake.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the ingredients for the glaze until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the warm cake and let sit for at least 10 minutes before turning the cake out onto a plate to serve.
