Perfect Prime Rib Everytime
Christmas is coming, and that means prime rib is on the menu! I love this recipe because it’s always a success, and it’s so easy. Anyone can make a good prime rib, but it takes a real pro to make a perfect prime rib every time.
INGREDIENTS:
1 prime rib roast with or without bone, any size
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 550°F/285°F.
Season the meat generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place the meat in a grill pan, and bake for 5 minutes per kilo for rare, or 6 minutes per kilo for medium-size meats.
Turn off the oven after the time has passed, and leave the oven closed for two hours. After this time, remove the meat from the oven and cut into slices.
