Peanut Butter M&M’s Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mini chocolate chips, to taste
Peanut Butter M&M’s, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
-In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
-Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and instant vanilla pudding mix to the butter mixture. Mix until creamy and well combined.
-Add the eggs to the mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
-In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
-Stir in the mini chocolate chips and a desired amount of Peanut Butter M&M’s into the cookie dough.
-Scoop or roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press a couple of extra M&M’s on top of each dough ball for a more colorful appearance …
