Peanut Butter Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
INGREDIENTS:
For the cake:
2 ¼ C. All-purpose flour
2 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Peanut butter
½ C. Butter softened
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Baking soda
1 ¼ C. Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 large eggs
For the frosting
½ C. Peanut butter
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 C. Powdered sugar
4-5 Tbsp. Milk
Mini chocolate chips for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
