And while you can always make a classic peach pie or some succulent hand pies, why not try something different? I’m talking about peach salsa – a bright and zesty combo of flavors that will have your taste buds dancing in delight.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups fresh Peachesdiced and seed removed
1 whole Medium Red Oniondiced Very Fine
2 Red Bell Peppersseeded and diced
2 Roma tomatoesdiced
2 whole Jalapeñosseeded and minced
1/2 bunch CilantroChopped
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
Dash Of Salt
Juice Of 1 Lime

DIRECTIONS:

Chop the peaches, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, into small chunks and throw them into a bowl. Toss to combine.
Add all of the other ingredients. Stir.
Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed for flavor.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips!
