Parmesan Crusted Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Olive oil

Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it with the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat for all chicken breasts.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and add enough olive oil to coat the bottom.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
