INGREDIENTS:
6 Russett potatoes
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Pinch cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the potatoes into the size you want and place them in a large pot.
Pour in enough water, along with the garlic, bay leaves, rosemary, and salt. Stir and place over medium heat until it boils.
Let the potatoes boil for 6 minutes, and then drain the potatoes and let them dry. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
Cover the potatoes with the cayenne pepper and oil, and place them on the tray with the foil: the cut side of the potato should be facing down.
Bake for 40 minutes. Make sure to check the potatoes consistency, the softer and tender the better. When you remove them from the oven, you should serve them immediately.
