Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges
Seasoned potato wedges take ordinary potatoes and turn them into something extraordinary. These special potatoes aren’t just for dinner. They can be enjoyed alongside any meal or on their own. You can even turn this recipe into a main course that’s a hit with your entire family!
INGREDIENTS:
2 large russet potatoes cut into eighths
¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the potatoes into a Ziploc bag.
Add the remaining ingredients to the Ziploc bag with the potatoes.
Close the bag and shake to coat well.
Spread the coated potatoes onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning ½ way through.
