Oven Baked Potato Wedges
INGREDIENTS:
6 Russet potatoes cut into long thin wedges
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into long thin wedges.
Place the potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle the potatoes with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.
Spread the potato wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
