Oven Baked Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS:
8 Lamb chops, medium size
3 Garlic cloves, minced
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Dried oregano
Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper, diced
2 tsp Dried thyme
1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tsp Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the Oven:
**Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Marinade:
**In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, dried oregano,
chopped fresh parsley, diced red bell pepper, dried thyme, smoked paprika,
salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to create the marinade.
3. Marinate the Lamb Chops:
**Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
**Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Massage the marinade into the meat.
**Cover the dish or seal the bag and let the lamb chops marinate in the
refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Prepare the Baking Dish:
**Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent
sticking.
5. Bake the Lamb Chops:
**Arrange the marinated lamb chops in a single layer in the prepared baking
dish.
**Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the lamb chops
