One-Skillet Steak and Potatoes
One-Skillet Steak and Potatoes recipe is quick, easy, comforting, delicious, and flavorful, and offers family and guests a filling meal. INGREDIENTS:
10 oz. Good quality steak cut into pieces
2 Medium to large gold potatoes cut into pieces
1 Small onion sliced into rings
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the steak, potatoes, and onions in an oven-proof skillet or baking dish.
Drizzle the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste over the mixture, and toss to combine.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until done to your liking.
