No Bake Funfetti Cheesecake: The perfect sweet treat for when you don’t have time to bake! This easy and delicious dessert only takes a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Cool Whip topping, thawed
12 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 Pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 c Yellow cake mix , unprepared
¼ c Rainbow sprinkles
½ c Sugar
Whipped cream and additional sprinkles for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
Add the sugar and powdered cake mix to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese, and beat well until completely combined.
Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
Toss the sprinkles into the mixture, and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Chill for 3-4 hours.
Top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles before serving.
