MILLION DOLLAR TORTILLA ROLL UPS
INGREDIENTS:
– 4 (6 inch) large flour tortillas
– 8 oz cream cheese, whipped
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
– 3 oz package real bacon bits (or 1/2 cup cooked bacon), crumbled
– 1/2 cup slivered almonds
– 5 green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, slivered almonds, and chopped green onions. Stir until well combined.
2. Lay a tortilla out on a plate. Spread about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
3. Roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
4. Pop the rolled tortillas into the fridge to chill for 2 hours. This helps the flavors meld together and makes slicing easier.
5. After chilling, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces, discarding the ends. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
6. Garnish with remaining sliced green onions.
