Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip
This Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip Recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that will be sure to impress, It combines four different types of cheese with flavorful spices to create a creamy and cheesy dip that pairs perfectly with tortilla chips or your favorite vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Deli sliced white American cheese
3-4 Tbsp. Chopped green chilis
½ tsp. Cumin
⅔ C. Milk
1 tsp. Chipotle powder, optional
DIRECTIONS:
Layer the cheese slices in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add the milk, green chilis, cumin and chipotle powder if using, on top of the cheese slices.
Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for 1-2 hours, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Stir to combine the ingredients well and serve.
