Loaded Slow Cooker Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
Cooking spray
2 pounds baby potatoes, halved and quartered if large
3 cups shredded Cheddar
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked
1/4 cup sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sour cream, drizzling
DIRECTIONS:
Cover a slow cooker with the cooking spray.
Place half the potatoes in the pot and top with 1¼ cups cheese, garlic, 1/3 bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the potatoes cook for 5 to 6 continuous hours. Keep them covered all the time.
After this time, before serving, pour the rest of the cheese and the bacon over them. Once on the plate, pour a tablespoon of sour cream over them.
