Loaded Crack Potatoes
If you’ve never had crack potatoes, you’re missing out! This easy side dish is made with just a few ingredients and a crowd-feeding meal.
INGREDIENTS:
32 oz. Package of frozen hashbrowns
16 oz. Sour cream
1 C. Crumbled bacon pieces
1 Packet ranch seasoning mix
2 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
⅓ C. Fresh chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, crumbled bacon pieces, ranch seasoning mix, green onions, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
Layer the ingredients into the bottom of a well greased 9×13 baking dish.
Cover the mixture with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, add the additional cup of cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
