INGREDIENTS:

4 Fillets of White Fish
1 c Flour
Oil for frying
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tsp Onion Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Pat white fish down with paper towel until dry.
Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
Mix flour with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Dip fish in one at a time making sure they are fully covered.
Heat oil in a pan enough to just cover the fish.
Once oil is hot fry 2 at a time and flip halfway taking out when both sides are golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
