Although this dish has been a hit on the internet, it’s still a favorite. Our version is creamy and rich enough to serve as a side dish or as a party dip. I don’t care what you eat, I just want you to give it a shot – Korean Corn cheese is something that no one should be without.

INGREDIENTS:

2 (15 oz each) cans corn kernels, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, grated
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
