Kielbasa Cabbage Potato Skillet
This 20 minutes Kielbasa cabbage and potatoes recipe is perfect for a winter meal, as it is hearty and filling. The kielbasa sausage gives the dish a smoky flavor, while the cabbage and potatoes provide a bit of crunch.

INGREDIENTS:

½ lb Polish Kielbasa – Sliced into rounds.
1 Medium Onion
¼ Cabbage – Shredded
1-2 Garlic Cloves – Minced
6 C Vegetable Stock
2-3 Potatoes – Peeled and chopped into cubes.
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

Bring water to a boil with a bit of salt and cook potatoes until tender.
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and add oil.
Cook onions until tender then add the kielbasa and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until brown.
Put in the potatoes and cook for another few minutes and then add the cabbage, salt, and pepper and toss.
Add the 2 tbsp of water then cover and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
