Jalapeno Cheese Puffs
This jalapeno cheese puff recipe is the perfect blend of spicy and cheesy goodness. Look no further than this recipe if you’re looking for a snack that will tantalize your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS:
14 oz Frozen puff pastry thawed
8 oz Cream cheese softened
¼ c Green onions chopped
1 Large egg beaten well
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp Minced garlic
4 oz Can of diced jalapenos drained
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and spray the sections of a muffin tin.
Spread the puff pastry out, and cut it into 12 even squares.
Mix together the green onions, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and jalapenos until well combined.
Brush the squares of puff pastry lightly with the egg.
Place a bit of the filling into the center of each square.
Fold up all four corners of the puff pastry square around the filling, and pinch closed at the top.
Place each jalapeno puff into a section of the muffin tin and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pastry is browned and cooked through.
