For the cake:

1 box White Cake Mix
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ¼ cup Buttermilk
3 large Eggs
¼ cup Oil
1 ½ cup CoconutShredded
¾ cup PecansChopped

For the frosting:

4 cup SugarPowdered
16 oz Cream CheeseSoftened
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 C. ButterSoftened

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the ingredients for the cake to a mixing bowl with the exception of the coconut and pecans. Blend until smooth.
Fold the pecans and coconut into the batter.
Separate the batter evenly into two greased 9 inch cake pans.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Cool to room temperature.
