Honey Glazed Pork Ribs
INGREDIENTS:
1 rack of pork ribs, cut into individual sections
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture onto the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake them for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
While the ribs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
