Homemade Tuna Salad
This tuna salad makes a good lunch and it is easy to whip up for a snack that is packed with flavor as well as nutrition, this is a classic dish that’s been around for many generations and is loved for not only its simplicity but its versatility as well.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Can tuna drained
⅔ C. Cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
¼ Small red onion finely chopped
1 Stalk celery finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Squeeze of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir to combine well.
