Homemade Caramelized Chicken Wings
All talk and no chicken? That’s what flavorless game days (or weekend BBQs) are made of, but don’t worry you! I have just the right dish that’ll help you cluck your way to compliments.

INGREDIENTS:

3 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 cup Honey
½ tsp GarlicMinced
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black PepperGround

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick olive oil cooking spray. Add the oil, soy sauce , ketchup, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stir to combine the ingredients. Pour some of the sauce into the baking dish.
Use a spoon to cover the wings with the sauce.
Bake at 375 degrees until the sauce caramelizes.
Once fully cooked remove from the oven and allow cooling slightly for 15 minutes before serving.
