HEAVENLY WHITE SNACK CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 large eggs

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just
