Healthy Breakfast Bake
Sometimes, all you need is a little something hearty and filling to keep you warm. This Healthy Breakfast Bake Recipe will do just that! It’s the perfect way for starting out any morning with an energy-boosting meal – so try not eat too much or it’ll make sure stay full through lunchtime too 😉
INGREDIENTS:
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup potatoes, peeled, shredded
1 cup ham, Diced
½ cup milk
5 eggs, large
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a baking dish well.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Stir in the potatoes, ham and salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the biscuits from the container, and cut each one into four pieces.
Layer the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the baking dish, and pour the mixture over the top. Stir a bit to combine everything well.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and biscuits are cooked through.
