Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
This Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole is the perfect way to start your day! It’s a delicious and hearty combination of hash browns, eggs, cheese, and bacon that will leave you feeling full and satisfied.

INGREDIENTS:

32 oz Shredded Hash browns
16 oz Cream Cheese
2 lbs Breakfast Sausage
2 C Shredded Cheese
8 Eggs
2 C Milk
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp PepperGarlic powder, Onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

In a skillet over medium heat cook sausages until brown.
Break apart in a bowl and mix with cream cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook hash browns in skillet until brown then layer the along the bottom of casserole pan (13×9).
Put the cream cheese and sausage on top of the hash browns then top with shredded cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and whisk.
Pour mixture over hash browns and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until
cooked.
Serve and enjoy!
