Hamburger Casserole
The hamburger casserole recipe is packed with flavor from ground beef, tomato soup, and cheese. It’s the perfect dish to make for a weeknight dinner or to take to a potluck. Plus, it’s always a hit with kids and adults alike.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Small Pasta Shells
2 cans Tomato Soup
½ cup Water
1 lb. BeefGround
2 cups Cheddar CheeseShredded
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt And Pepper To Taste

DIRECTIONS:

Boil the pasta shells in water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Step 3. Drain any excess fat. In a bowl, stir together the water and soup.
Stir the ground beef, pasta, soup mixture and ½ of the cheese together.
Add the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish that has been well greased.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cook covered in aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook 10 minutes more.
