Ground Beef Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
1 Box Penne pasta cooked to your liking
2 lbs. Ground beef
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
4 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain any excess grease.
Reduce the heat to medium on the stove, and stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheeses are completely melted.
Mix the meat mixture with the cooked noodles and pour into a 9×13 baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
