Grilled Steak Cubes

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread steak cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until steak reaches desired doneness.

Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
