Grilled Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS:

2 pork tenderloins, about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds each

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

Place the pork tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, making sure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
