Grandma’s Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This classic potato salad is perfect for any occasion, and it’s guaranteed to be a hit with your friends and family. Plus, it’s really simple to make – you just need a few basic ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

5 pounds Idaho potatoespeeled and cubed
½ of a medium onionchopped finely
5 hard-boiled eggschopped
¼ cup sweet pickle cubes or relish
½ cup dill pickle cubes or relish
1 celery stalkdiced – Optional
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½-2 cups Hellman’s Mayonnaise
1 ½-2 tablespoons mustard
Paprika for garnish – Optional
1 hard-boiled eggsliced for garnish – Optional

DIRECTIONS:

Slice your peeled potatoes into thin cuts
In a 5-quart pot, add potatoes and water
Make sure potatoes are submerged completely
Place pot on the stove and turn heat to medium
Cook the potatoes for 8 minutes
Drain your potatoes and allow them to cool
In a medium mixing bowl, add in your eggs and onion
Stir to combine
Grab another mixing bowl and add in celery, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
Mix all ingredients 
Now, mix the potatoes with the eggs and onion
Toss everything together
Add in the mayonnaise and stir until blended
Add in your sliced hard-boiled eggs on top and sprinkle paprika
Serve, and ENJOY!
