GARLIC TOAST SLOPPY JOES

INGREDIENTS:
8 Slices of frozen garlic toast
1 lb. Ground beef
1 C. Mozzarella cheese
2 C. Spaghetti sauce
Chopped parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to the temperature on the garlic toast box, and place the garlic toast on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the garlic toast as directed on the box.
While the garlic toast is baking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain the extra grease.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and stir the spaghetti sauce into the skillet.
Remove the garlic toast from the oven and top with the meat and sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
