Garlic Steak Foil Packets

INGREDIENTS:

Onion sliced

lbs. Sirloin steak cut into pieces

tsp. Thyme

Tbsp. Olive oil

tsp. Rosemary

C. Cauliflower florets

tsp. Basil

12 Spears Asparagus cut into pieces

tsp. Minced garlic

C. Broccoli florets

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminum foil

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oven to 400 degrees, and lay 6 large squares of aluminum foil out on a flat surface.
In a bowl, combine the asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, and onion.
Drizzle the vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Season the steak pieces with rosemary, basil, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat, and saute the steak until seared well. Remove, and set aside.
Place a serving of vegetables onto each of the 6 pieces of aluminum foil, and top with a serving of the steak.
Fold the edges of the foil squares up to form a closed packet.
Add the packets to a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
