Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
OMG have you ever had garlic-roasted chicken and potatoes? If not, then you are seriously missing out my friend! This dish is absolutely mouth-watering and so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
24 Unpeeled cloves of garlic
6 Bone in and skin on chicken leg quarters separated into legs and thighs
¼ C. Maple Syrup
¼ C. Butter melted
6 Large gold potatoes cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the melted butter in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Add the potatoes, garlic and chicken to the baking dish.
Season everything with salt and pepper to taste, and toss in the butter to coat well.
Bake for 40 minutes, basting a few times in between.
Remove the dish from the oven, and brush the chicken with the maple syrup.
Place the dish back into the oven, and bake for another 20 minutes.
