INGREDIENTS:
1 18.4 Oz Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix (Dry Ingredients Only)
2 Large Eggs
½ cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Water
Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place a silicon mat on a cookie sheet. Add powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients together in a large bowl. With a 2 inch cookie scoop form the dough into balls.
Roll the dough balls in the bowl of powdered sugar. Place the dough balls 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Take the cookie sheet out of the oven allowing the cookies to cool on the pan for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove the cookies from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack. Allow the cookie to cool completely.
